Desmos

My interest in Desmos lies in its dual nature as both an analytical tool and a creative canvas for mathematical exploration. I leverage its dynamic, visual feedback to deepen my understanding of abstract concepts, particularly in trigonometry and calculus.

My unique approach involves “coding” complex projects within the environment, such as a year-long effort to build a triangle simulator using only basic functions. This demonstrates a blend of creativity and rigorous problem-solving, effectively bridging mathematics and computer science by turning theoretical logic into functional, visual algorithms. I use the platform for hands-on discovery, testing hypotheses, and exploring relationships that have even led to original findings I hope to publish.
